Regular meetings of the Washington County CDA Board of Commissioners occur at 3 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the month. Meetings are held in the board room at the CDA offices, located at 7645 Currell Blvd. in Woodbury. Executive Committee meetings precede board meetings at 2 p.m. in the months of February, April, July and December. Finance Committee meetings precede board meetings at 2 p.m. in the months of January, June, and October. Personnel Committee meetings precede board meetings at 2 p.m. in the months of March and November. Meetings at other times will be announced below and notice will be printed in the Stillwater Gazette.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the executive committee of the Washington County Community Development Agency Board of Commissioners has been scheduled regarding the proposed employment agreement for the Executive Director position.

The Executive Committee will be held on Thursday, February 6, at 3:30 p.m., Conference Room 107 at the Washington County CDA, 7645 Currell Blvd., Woodbury, MN

FOR THE PUBLIC HOUSING ADMISSIONS AND CONTINUED OCCUPANCY PLAN AND THE HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Washington County Community Development Agency will be adopting a revised Public Housing Ad- missions and Continued Occupancy Plan and a revised Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan. A public hearing to review these items will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at the Washington County CDA offices at 7645 Currell Blvd., Woodbury, Minnesota. A draft of the revisions is available for review at the CDA’s office located at 7645 Currell Blvd., Woodbury, MN and on the Authority’s website at: http://www.washingtoncountycda.org.  A public comment period is hereby in effect through Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. Anyone interested in commenting on this plan may do so in writing or by attending the public hearing.
