NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF THE 2027 AND 2028 WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY LOW INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDIT QUALIFIED ALLOCATION PLAN AND AMENDMENT OF THE 2025 AND 2026 HOUSING TAX CREDIT QUALIFIED ALLOCATION PLAN

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Washington County Community Development Agency (“CDA”) Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on February 17, 2026 at, or about, 3:00 p.m. in the CDA board room at 7645 Currell Boulevard, Woodbury, MN 55125 for the purpose of discussing the 2027-2028 Washington County Low Income Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (“QAP”) and amending the 2025-2026 QAP pursuant to Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. A copy of the draft 2027-2028 QAP and amended 2025-2026 QAP is available on the CDA website. Public comments on the draft QAPs may be provided at the public hearing or submitted in writing no later than 2:30 p.m. on February 17, 2026, by emailing [email protected].
